About the Apartment

The Werner holiday apartment is located in the western Münsterland region, in the town of Rhede, and is one of five accommodations in our house. The accommodation is on the ground floor and is largely barrier-free.

With the exception of the shower, everything is on the ground floor, making the apartment suitable for people with limited mobility.

The spacious holiday apartment offers: A living room with a dining area and a sofa bed A fully equipped kitchen. A large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

The initial supplies upon arrival include: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, kitchen rolls, cling film, aluminum foil, and hand soap.

Kitchen/Living Room

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: refrigerator, dishwasher (including tabs and dishwashing liquid), microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, and sufficient dishes and cutlery. A starter pack with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper is provided upon arrival. The dining area features a large table with seating for 4-5 people. The living room has a sofa, armchairs, and a small table.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two single beds (90 x 200 cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe or dresser, and shelves.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink with liquid soap, a hairdryer, and towels.
There is also a separate toilet with a sink.

Home Office & Internet

Free, stable Wi-Fi (download up to 50 Mbps, upload up to 10 Mbps).
A large dining table that can also be used as a desk. Other amenities include a Smart TV and a guest app with up-to-date information on restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities in the area.

The most convenient way to travel is by car – this keeps you flexible. However, you are also well-connected by public transport: there is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. From there, the express bus S75 goes directly to Münster, or you can take a regional bus to Bocholt or Borken. From Bocholt, the train 'Der Bocholter' will take you to Wesel, where you can transfer to the RE5 regional express train to Düsseldorf.

Essen is 48 km from the apartment, while Oberhausen is 42 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Weeze Airport, 46 km from the holiday apartment in Rhede.
